I done a uc50 and was assessed as having lcwra. I received a letter in my journal on the 28th October to confirm this. I was told I would be getting the extra money in November, then told December and am I now being told January. Can you help me please because I just keep getting told the same thing each month. I just want to know when the lcwra should be paid. Thank you

Heya @eddieboy1200 and welcome to the community.

It's all a bit confusing, so I understand. I believe there's a 3 month waiting period, then you start receiving the LCWRA money from the 4th pay period?0 -
Thanks for the quick response. The problem is I keep being told that “you will recieve lcwra payments from your next assessment period.” This is the 3rd month running with the same answer. I don’t understand why they cannot just respond to me with an exact date to put my mind at rest. I just can’t get a straight answer

When it’s paid from will depend on the answers to the following questions.
1/ What date exactly did you report your health condition/provide your first fit note?
2/ What date do you usually receive your money each month?1 -
I can’t believe it, they have actually sorted it out today. Thank you so much for your help with this, kind regards1
