No, you won’t get into any trouble. Stopping medication or changing medication is not a change of circumstances that needs to be reported.

I don't see that you need mention it at all - you're back on it now, so really, nothing has changed. Don't mention it on your review forms unless you want to report a change in dosage. All you need to focus on for your review is to explain again just how you are affected with each descriptor.  Remember don't just tick no change (if that's the case) on each question, explain again your difficulties and give new, up to date examples where you can, good luck!

OK so I defo won't mention it on review form my head  forgets things anyway  I will just give my bad days and how I feel cos nothing has changed I still have same issues what if assessor asks about medication as there was a break were I didn't take them as I don't have time to get anything from my gp as it needs to be posted what would I say would I tell them why I stopped I know sometimes they don't even mention it so medication and stopping and starting  isn't looked at  as its the same medication nothing different there building my dosage back up to 150mg so I just tell them how I  feel and cope everyday  and examples of a bad day from waking up to going to bed  I do have ok days maybe 2 or 3 times a week were i can do things like read a book talk more to my mum open up go shopping only at quiet times as I don't like crowds  I don't leave house wiithout my mum or a friend they try keep me calm and try keep me busy ,i walk  the dog  again with my mum prefer quiet times though do I leave all that off the review then as someone said dont put good days on your review  cos they will see it as getting better and say they think im cured and stop my money ,  can I put other stuff extra  though like about appointments and stuff on extra page like diagnosis and brain scans or just write as little as possible and wait till assessor asks me everything cos my heads a mess since these forms have come I've  been so ill with it all and struggling talking to people is the hardest can't open up face to face

As advised, you don't need to mention that you stopped taking it because now you're back on it.

Please do not just focus on the bad days because that's definitely not what you should do. PIP is how you're affected on the majority of the days. You should include a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you.

I see you were also given some advice about this review on your other threads here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/112331/pip-review#latest
Please have another read through those.

As advised on your other thread, yes you should tell them that. You need to treat the review form as a new claim.

Best thing you can do is leave those facebook groups because people on there give the worst advice i've ever seen in the several years i've been advising.

Hi @peachypie, sorry to hear you're having a rough day. I can see Poppy's given some great advice so far on here and on your other threads.

If you're feeling really distressed it might be a good idea to take a break from reading things about PIP and perhaps chat it through with your mum if you feel comfortable doing that.

Take care of yourself for a bit tonight, perhaps you could do some things that make you feel good like watching a favourite film or TV show. If you need any support don't be afraid to reach out. I hope things feel better soon :)

Of course they are normal people but most of the time they don't know what they are talking about. Just leave the groups you're in and put it behind you.
