Hi All.
It's my 2nd time posting on this platform apologie for any mistakes .
I re applied for PIP and had my tel recorded assessment with the Assessor on the 27th Nov 2023. The next day I received a text that they had my report etc. Then on the 12th Dec I received a text telling me no decision had been made etc.. I know from other members there doesn't seem to be a specific time line for this texts but could some tell me and put my mind at ease how long after should I expect any further contact via text or letter I know DWP say 8 to 12 weeks but I noticed some member who have been awarded have been texted the same day or a few days later if anything was to be awarded ... if I don't hear anything anytime soon via text does that suggest bad news ? Kind Regards

There’s no timescales from that text. The only timescales are from when the report was returned. Some people have a decision quite quickly after that text and others don’t. It doesn’t indicate anything other than you haven’t had a decision yet. Once it’s made you will be contacted.I note from a previous thread that when you were refused last time you requested the Tribunal but withdrew that request because you couldn’t attend in person. If you’re refused again and it does get to Tribunal stage you can request a telephone hearing, rather than appear in person.0
