Hi , I did my mandatory reconsideration and it came back with the same score of 6 Dail living and 4 for mobility. Is it worth going to tribunal? Or would I be able to re apply for pip again at some future point.

Most MR decisions remain the same so it's not surpising the decision didn't change. Reapplying use the same evidence you previously used will likely see another refusal.
The best thing to do is to request the Tribunal. If you either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing then there's about a 73% chance of success. Paper based hearings have a much less chance of about 5-8% so i don't advise you to request this.
The only downside is the waiting times could be at least several months, potentially longer.

Hi - unfortunately there's often no change with a Mandatory Reconsideration, however the success rate with tribunals is currently over 70% if appearing in person or via a phone/video call. It's usually faster to appeal rather than going through the whole PIP process again with another assessment, etc. if you feel you may gain extra points. You could check here to see if that might be the case: https://advicelocal.uk/ Choose 'welfare benefits' from the drop down menu to see if there's a Welfare Rights office near you or Citizens Advice.

Hi, I contacted citizens advice yesterday and will wait for them to get back to me, hopefully they will be able to assist me with the next process.

I had my tribunal yesterday and won.got 12 points for the daily living and 14 points for mobility.I had acdf surgery in October and very poor health at the moment.Did a video tribunal on my own and wasn't expecting the outcome.i am so overwhelmed and relieved.been on ssp since the operation and very stress3d about the whole thing. What happens now with the dwp? Put my original claim for pip on 29.11.2022 and have been awarded for 4 years of pip.

I am still trying to process the win and how it will be a massive help towards me and my health.I had no expectations to get that kind of result.
