Pip not paying me

Hi all
I was due a payment on Friday 10th December. I contacted pip as I didn’t receive it. I spoke to a case manager who said they hadn’t received my renewal form so my case had been suspended. I explained I returned the form some time ago. The case manager said she would send me another form, remove the suspension and any money owed would be paid in the the next 5 working days. Last Thursday I still hadn’t received anything so I called again. The man said he could see all of that on my notes and a new form was on the way but the money hadn’t been sent to my bank. He said he would do that and it would be in my account by today (Tuesday) I’ve woke this morning and still nothing. I am obviously going to call them again this morning but who do I need to speak to and what do I need to say? It has been nearly two weeks since I should have been paid and still nothing.

It will be a call centre that you will be ringing. Just tell them you still haven’t received your money that was supposed to have been paid on 10th December. They may have also received your form now so please ask them.0

Thanks Poppy. I did that last week after the 5 working days time scale they gave me and they told me they would sort it out again and it would be paid today, so this is the third attempt and I still haven’t got anything. I don’t understand how they can say to me that it will be processed manually and in by a certain date and twice not happened.poppy123456 said:It will be a call centre that you will be ringing. The 10th December was a Sunday, not a Friday. When you ring them if payment hasn’t been sent then ask them for a same day payment.0
