I applied for pip back in August, had my phone assessment at the start of October , written report was sent a week later. I received my report the next week after requesting it and I’m happy with how accurate and fair everything is in it and awards me with the enhanced rate if the DM goes with it .
I got a letter on the 7th December saying that they have all the information they need to make a decision. I phoned DWP today to enquire and they said they contacted my GP for a report on the 12th December and they hadn’t got back with anything yet from them.
I’m a bit confused why they sent a letter about that they had all the information, 2 days before asking for a GP report.

Sorry I suffer with bad mental health and this isn’t helping with the anxiety of this whole process !!

Sometimes DWP do things rather oddly. Hopefully it won’t be too much longer but will highly likely be after the Christmas holidays now.0

Hello @sb2400, welcome to the community. Sorry to hear your PIP is triggering your anxiety, it's not an easy process to go through. It might just be that they've sent out their paperwork in the wrong order or something, they do sometimes make errors with this kind of thing.
I know the wait will be nerve-wracking, but hopefully things will become more clear after Christmas. Fingers crossed it all works out for you0 -
