Pip backpay

in PIP, DLA, ADP and AA
Hi all I got a call last Monday to say I’ve been awarded pip and that I’ll be getting a back payment, received a text the day after on Tuesday. No payment as of yet does anybody know if it will go in this week? It’s been 4 days (working days) and I’m panicking thinking it’s not going to go in. I know there’s probably a delay with it falling over the Christmas period.

    Hi got this text today,your PIP review is complete.you should receive your decision letter in two weeks.once you receive your letter contact us if you have any questions.do not call before you get the letter as we will not be able to tell you the decision.please remember to contact us if your circumstances change.Any idea what this means good or bad news,all I know is they done the paperwork then yesterday then rang with a very pushy and awkward guy asking 5/6 questions then,ok bye,can't stop worrying now that I've failed,ant ideas or help gus please,would be appreciated thank you.

    Hi London I had the same text today but didn’t have the call befor hand I guess it’s just time to wait and see

    It doesn't mean anything other than what it says, it's a standard text sent for reviews. Although it advises you not to ring, you can ring PIP at anytime to ask what the decision is and they will tell you. Or you can wait for the decision letter in the next couple of weeks.
