Hi, my name is John. Partner's interviews keep being called off on medical grounds, what can we do?

Hi please could someone advise me regarding this: My partner had a telephone interview terminated by capita as they deemed her not well enough, they then did a facetime interview whilst she was on dialysis a few weeks later and terminated that one again saying she's not well enough. She explained that this is how she is all of the time on both occasions. They've now sent her another telephone appointment letter. Nothing will be any different and I fear its just being dragged out.

Hi @moggy490, welcome to the community.
Sorry to hear that your partner's assessments are so drawn out, it doesn't sound easy. I'm going to pop your post over to our PIP section where members with similar experiences can offer their advice and support, but I just wanted to pop in to say hello and welcome first
Apologies if I've misunderstood your post and the interview was for something else, please do let me know if I'm wrong and I'll put it into the right section.0 -

I had similar, my telephone interviews for my renewal were terminated 5 times in total due to my illnesses (had pleurisy at the time and ongoing breathing issues) eventually completed it at the 6th attempt but most of that was whilst I was in the bathroom with ongoing bowel issues..I did explain that this was how my life is and I would do the best I could under the circs. I was successful but still waiting on the award letter after 9 weeks !2

I just don't see what else they want, They are seeing her how she is everyday, and it's them terminating. She won't miraculously get any better just for that interview so is it just going to go back and forth without an outcome or can I make a complaint?0
