Do we have rights to go to the front of queues?

So I use my local community foodhub where you pay £5 to access their community shop.
It's a way that stop food waste.
The issue I'm having is that it's very popular and you have to queue about an hour before to be able to get the best shop.
I have an incomplete spinal cord injury and walk with a crutch and leg splint. I can't queue because of chronic pain. I asked if I can move to the front of the queue to go straight in as it opens, but their answer is I'd have to sit and wait 2 hours , 1 hour of Queueing and then 1 hour waiting until the last 10 minutes by then the shop will have run out of stock. 2 hours of sitting would also result in pain, I struggle to sit too.
Do I have any rights to have equal ability to shop as an able-bodied person?
Never seen anyone there in a wheelchair and can't see how they would shop as well!. 
This is a charity and I feel mean raising the issue, but I just want to be able to use the shop too.
What does anyone else feel?.

    But surely - it should be accessible and meet the Equalities Act ?

    I feel like there should be a way of queuing without standing somehow? Maybe a ticket system or number system somehow? 

    I'm not sure how that would work though, and I'm sure it would increase costs on the foodhub. It's not the easiest to answer, but the way it's run currently definitely isn't accessible.
