It may only be £10, but my wife / carers £10 Christmas bonus was not paid this Christmas - anyone else in the same boat ?
I received mine (PIP) on Dec 14th.

It's usually paid in with her usual weekly or 4 weekly money it's not paid as a separate payment. She'll need to check those payments. If she receives it weekly then one week would have been £86.75. If 4 weekly then she would have received £317 for her last payment, instead of £307.For those that qualify because of a PIP/DLA/AA award will receive the £10 as a separate payment.1

£10??? It doesn't even buy me a days pack of cigarettes!!
Probably costs more to send it than it's value.0 -
£10 is a lot of money, especially to those in need.4

For you maybe but yet again I find myself saying this to you. Someone else maybe desperate for the extra money because it could buy a couple of meals. Some people can’t even afford to put food on the table!! Why is it always about you.2oldcodgers said:£10??? It doesn't even buy me a days pack of cigarettes!!
Probably costs more to send it than its value. There was a member here last week and they hadn’t eaten for a few days. They had no money and no one to ask for help. They posted for some advice and were clearly desperate. Some lovely members advised them to post on Facebook as for some help. A lovely generous person in their local area bought them a weeks worth of shopping. Please have a little consideration for others because it seems like you’re lacking that in many of your comments.3 -
@2oldcodgersUnbelievable yet again why would you even bother to post that.As said before it clearly isn’t much money to you, but that could put money into an electric or gas meter and help a family or a pensioner get through a couple off days in this very cold weather. 🤷♀️3
