Thanks for sharing @dorito334, and welcome to the community.
I'll pop this over to our PIP section where more people can see it, I'm sure lots of our members will find it useful to see how it worked out for you0 -
So that was 5ish weeks from assessment to award. I had my assessment on the 5th so I might hopefully hear by the middle of February on that timeline. I am extra anxious because I am losing my home soon and without PIP I won't get help finding somewhere else to live let alone help coping with a move. I should have had PIP years ago but just couldn't cope with the process. I had DLA but panicked when it came time to swap and let it go rather than face the assessment. I am waiting for a WCA too and having to submit fit notes. Does anyone know how long those take to schedule and award at the moment. I submitted the form about 3 weeks ago and am coming up to my 3rd UC payment.0

Hey @bookrabbit, I'm sorry to hear about the anxiety, it must be very hard right now. We're all here if you need support.
With regard to WCA assessment waiting times, it can vary massively and all depends on backlogs. But usually you'll be looking at around four to six weeks for a decision after your assessment.0
