Hi all,
I hope you are all well?
I've gone through the MR process and was told my letter has been sent out, question is, IF i was successful, is the payment within 3-5 working days as is with standard pip process or is it longer?
Thanks in advance

If a decision has been made on your MR, then you can ring up to find out what this is, &, if awarded, ask when you'll receive payment. Often payment is made before you get a decision letter.

When you ring the PIP enquiry line you're put through to call handlers. It seems they couldn't as yet see the result of your MR decision on their system, as it can take 24 hours to be uploaded. Perhaps keep an eye on your bank account next week.0

I agree in that case, but different call handlers unfortunately say different things, & sometimes give incorrect advice. You could always try ringing again on Monday to see if you can find out about your MR decision.

As someone who has worked in call centres, there are people who are just trying to stay within their allotted call handling times and will say anything to move you along to stay within their targets. They can get written up sometimes if the company/contractor is particularly toxic.
I hope you get an answer about your MR soon @cookiedoe, remember that there's always a tribunal if the MR isn't successful. We're here to help with any questions about that too0
