    We'll (hopefully) be getting the wood burner replaced while we wait @Lou67 and redecorating.

    We are due to have cold weather like yours @Lou67 next week.

    I am wondering if I will get a nice £25 cold weather payment :D

    It's good for me as I like the cold anyway so the cold weather doesn't cost me more in heating bills. :D 

    I am aware it costs most people way more than £25 to heat their homes for a week. :( 

    I m lucky as am on medication that makes me feel hot all the time.

    Yes I think it’s most off the UK that’s going to have it cold.
    At least you’ll be warm.

    Up here in Scotland the Scottish government started from last year to give us £50 every year cold weather payment and it doesn’t have to be minus to get it so that’s a good thing. I received mine last  week 😊
