Hello. My name is Ironside1990. I am 33 years old and have cerebral palsy and hydrocrphalus.

As mentioned in my first post, i am temporarily living in a nursing home, but i am hoping to go into assisted living.

My hobbies include shopping, playing computer games and watching films.

    Hey @Ironside1990, welcome to the community :) Glad you're here! Hopefully we can get your PIP question answered soon. I say hello to everyone first before I go through the benefits sections of the community, but will do my best when I get to your question, if someone else doesn't first!

    We also have a Cerebral Palsy category specifically for advice and support people with Cerebral Palsy. 

    How are you doing today?

    I love playing computer games too! Do you have a console or a PC? I have a PC and a Switch, though I mostly play on my PC.

    I'm doing ok. Just a bit worried atm, because of my PIP.

    I own an Xbox One and a laptop.

    I used to have a 360. While I love PC gaming there is something to be said about just turning a console on and playing with some friends. What sort of games do you play? 

    I understand being worried, you hear all these stories about things that have happened or gone wrong. But things usually get sorted out in the end :)

    I like open world games. I enjoy playing games like Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA.

    I STILL haven't finished Red Dead Redemption 2, I'm only on the second act and I keep forgetting to finish it. I get so distracted just travelling around the world, hunting, fishing, doing the little events that pop up.

    Yeah, I really like open world games too. Especially if it's a well-written and interesting world.
