PIP Renewal, will DWP have the old claim evidence?

As above really, my PIP is coming up for renewal and was last awarded for 5 years. Will I have to resend all my medical evidence or will the last lot still be on their system?

They should still have all the information from your current claim. However, i would still send any relevant evidence you have.You should treat the review as a new claim, even if there's been no changes to your health condition. Make sure you fill the form in with as much relevant information as possible. If there's been no change you can write that but then go onto explain exactly how those conditions affect you.Include a couple of detailed real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you.2
