in Start here and say hello!
I competed in the 1980 & 1984 Paralympics and was a regular clay pigeon shooter before a serous neck injury abruptly ended my involvement in sport. 
I've taken part in overland expeditions to the Outer Hebrides and Morocco and travelled to Europe and the US. 
I devised a system called Pegasus that assists disabled and vulnerable people make contact with the emergency services and work is currently underway into making it a national facility.
