Hi I currently live with parents would I still be able to claim the cold weather payment?
I meet the requirements.
Just wondering if I need to be the person on the tenancy agreement??

Yes, you would still be entitled to it, if one was triggered in your area. You do not need to claim it, if entitled you will automatically receive it. You can see the eligibility criteria here. https://www.gov.uk/cold-weather-payment/eligibilityYou can also check if one was triggered in your area here. https://coldweatherpayments.dwp.gov.uk/

Hiya @joshmez1994 and welcome to the community! I hope you're managing to stay safe and dry today?
I can see Poppy has already answered your question, but I just wanted to pop in and say hi.
If you wanted to stick around and have a chin wag with people, I recommend our Coffee Lounge, or if you wanted to play a few games, our Games Room is the place to be.0
