PIP Review - Should I type up original answers?

I've recently received my PIP reassessment form and have filled it in, but as I've been reading here people have been saying to include what was said and explain everything as if it is the first time you are applying for PIP 

I've finished the form and I've got no room left - so I was wondering if I should type up roughly what I originally put in the first form and sent that in with my review?

    Hiya @KatieKatKat and a warm welcome to the community. :)

    I can see the confusion with regard to how to fill in the forms, they don't make things easy!
    I'd say it's best to fill in a reassessment as it it was your first application.  So not necessarily word for word with what you'd put previously, but still making sure you can show how each descriptor is affected by your disabilities. You can also use other pieces of paper if you need more space, just make sure you number them and attach them to the form. I hope that made sense?

    I would say not to put what you originally put on your last form because they will have a copy of the that anyway and yes they have been known to look at your previous form.

    This doesn't mean you should still treat it as a new claim, even if there's been no changes. If you don't have enough of space on the form then use extra sheets of paper. Make sure you put your name and NI number on everything you send.
