Help upset confused esa letter?

Watson happened should I be worried? Don't understand.  I tried 2 ask on Facebook got several conflicting replies.  I don't remember any changes in my circumstances? I've pasted the letter here? Will I lose money please

    What does it say exactly in the letter? You will need to give more information before anyone can try to advise you.
