Hope somebody can help.
i was awarded LCWRA on new style esa in 09/22 with a recommendation that work could be consider within 18 months. Does that mean I may be reviewed imminently? I also get enhanced pip for both.

Thanks for your reply. I guess it will vary by area. I’m in scotland. Hopefully it will be a while. Just causing anxiety as with everyone else waiting 👍🏻0

So many of us feel the same. It creates anxiety.1

When found to have LCWRA I've never known a recommendation that work could be considered in 18 months. It's an ongoing award anyway until a new decision says otherwise.0

Hi. Have been by many told this is a standard letter received0 -
It may be the Medical Report that you are referring to - the ESA 85. In the report a 'suggested' time frame is usually given by the assessor for a review - in the shorter term, medium or longer term. A period of months may also be 'suggested'. They call this a prognosis period.
Remember the DWP Decision Maker does not always go with the 'suggested' time frame and - as Poppy states - the award remains ongoing until otherwise.

Its the response to my esa500

As I thought that is an ESA85A Medical Report - you had a paper assessment.
Not everyone receives the Health Professional's report - it must be requested by the claimant.
The reports contain standard phrases that the health professional inputs - in your case 'work could be considered within 18 months'.
'Could be considered' is the key phrase - this is only a suggested time frame and not set in stone.
A LCWRA award will remain ongoing until such time as the DWP refer you again for an assessment. Try not to fret about all this.
Best wishes
