Hi I had my telephone assessment on the 16th January had a text on Monday just gone that they have received the report. I requested a copy on Monday received Tuesday morning. Having read the report the nurse states 22 points on mobility and 21 point on daily living. I’m just wondering what this means and will the decision maker go off this report from the assessor. Thank you

Hi @kev8657, welcome to the community! I'll pop your post over to our PIP section where members with the right experience can find it and share their thoughts.
If the decision maker agrees, those points would likely mean that you'd get the higher rate of PIP for both categories. It's difficult to say for certain, but it's a good sign that your report gives you so many points

Mostly they go with the report but it has been known for them to go against it, though it’s rare.0

Thank you poppy I’ve not got a clue how it all works. It’s been on going since beginning of October0

Decisions can take up to about 12 weeks after the report was returned.1
