Morning all hope you're all well..
First time pip application...got refused had 6points for everyday living 4 for mobility...
I put in a MR December...by phone and by paper sent in loads more evidence...
However I've read that MR are rare and all I've received back is 2 txts saying they will have a decision by the 28th February...
My question is after all my waffling on is ..does the rejection letter come with how to appeal and do u have to go to court

    Yes most MR decisions remain the same. It’s not a court, it’s a Tribunal, which is different to a court. 

    If it does get to that stage for the best chance of a decision in your favour you should either request a telephone/video hearing or appear in person. This will give you about a 68% chance of success. Paper based hearings have a much less success rate of around 5-8%.
