Not had mine yet. There's plenty of time to receive it, it's only 20th January and benefits don't increase until April. You can see the rates for 2023/24 here. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/benefit-and-pension-rates-2023-to-2024/benefit-and-pension-rates-2023-to-2024

Plenty of time to receive it as benefits don’t increase until April. You need to give it more time as there’s many people who won’t have received it yet.0

It will arrive at some point please try not to worry. You can see the rates from April in the link I posted above.0

Did you check they had your right address when you called up the ESA line? Just to be sure! I am sure your letter will arrive, post can be a little slower when things aren't done via first class.zane said:Update still postman been no esa letter I’m panic because I don’t know if I’m getting it this year since I have no esa letter been weeks now rang them up they got no clue since I get the letter on Jan I don’t know what to do if was send wrong place by mistake I’m got no clue left in the dark 😞😢😔😭0 -
Your ESA will not just stop. The only time this will happen is if they find you fit for work. There's many others that haven't received the letter yet because there's still plenty of time left to receive it.zane said:Update still postman been no esa letter I’m panic because I don’t know if I’m getting it this year since I have no esa letter been weeks now rang them up they got no clue since I get the letter on Jan I don’t know what to do if was send wrong place by mistake I’m got no clue left in the dark 😞😢😔😭
I realise you received it last year in January but that doesn't mean you should have received it this year at the same time. Please try not to worry because you will eventually receive it.1 -
