No because it’s a contributions based benefit only. https://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/help-nhs-prescription-costs/free-nhs-prescriptions
You can have a look at applying for the NHS low income scheme https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/help-with-health-costs/nhs-low-income-scheme-lis/
This is assuming you live in England. They are free in Scotland and Wales.1 -
