Hi all
I apologise if this kind of thing gets asked all the time.
I apologise if this kind of thing gets asked all the time.
So I was awarded standard daily living and standard mobility a couple of years ago totalling £380 every four weeks.
I had a review assessment in January 2024 and have today received a text saying “ Your PIP review is complete. You should receive your decision letter in 2 weeks.”
I rang PIP as I know there is an automated section that tells you when your next payment is due. However it said I have a payment of £314.16 due on 19 February.

Surely this number cannot be correct? Could someone advise please! And will it likely take 2 weeks to get the letter?

Hi @kayteelou - & welcome to the community. Your question is absolutely fine. The automated phone line has been incorrect on many occasions, so don't worry about that.Until a decision is made, you will continue to get your normal £380 every 4 weeks. You could try ringing the PIP enquiry line if a decision has been made, & they should be able to tell you exactly what that decision is rather than waiting for the letter.1
