Hello all,
I am just wondering if anyone has any idea how long UC tribunal hearings are taking to be heard? I am claiming for LCW/LCWRA.
It says upto 6 months on the website, it is coming up 4 months since I lodged my appeal. I am based in County Durham if that makes a difference.
TIA

Hi @do1987, each region does have slightly different backlogs. I don't know the exact times for you sorry as they really can change! If the website says 6 months then I would really be expecting it to be 6 months. I know waiting for so long can be a worry. We have a section on tribunals here if you'd like to read over it, I find that knowing more about what will happen can help me personally.0

You can ring HMCTS to ask them what the estimated timescale is and they maybe able to give you some idea. Though please remember that it will just be a guide.0
