What if someone change my address esa letter

Hi I got a lot of my mind I didn’t get esa letter for my rates and my weather payment letter what if someone change my address that I don’t live there I’m asking because I had cleaners coming me and my partner flat when I was in hospital what if they rang esa and change my address that I haven’t move  will I get done if someone change my address that not my fault or partner fault

    It’s not unusual for the cold weather payment letters to arrive at least a couple of weeks after you received the payment in your bank. My last one didn’t arrive until just over 2 weeks later.

    You will receive the uprating letter at some point. The benefits don’t increase until April. 

    It’s highly unlikely that your address has been changed, if you didn’t do this. 

    Please try to relax and think about something else.
