Not made a thread for a while just thought I'd randomly ask what peoples "EDC", as people like to call it today, is.
I never go out without...
Glasses
Phone
Wallet - even though there is rarely anything in it.
Keys
Also 9 times out of 10 I bring my trusty Swiss army knife if just walking the dog or something but I don't take this if I'm going somewhere busy like hospital or a restaurant.

I take my phone unless I'm going local
Purse
Coat
Handbag unless local.
Anxiety unless I can leave that home.2 -
It very much depends if I’m going alone or taking the kids out. If it's just me, I tend to take my door keys, car keys and wallet which contains some loyalty cards that I never use, as well as my debit card and my driving license.
If I'm taking one or all of the kids with me, it might be quicker to type what I don't end up having to bring!2 -
My glasses never leave my face except when sleeping and showering basically. I can't see too great without them.

Phone
I no longer have a wallet! Everything is on my phone now really.
10+ receipts in my jacket pocket that I always forget to clean out

@Sandy_123 good one about the anxiety, I always take that, wish I could leave it at home as well, or even better take it out and dump it and then not have it at home either.
@Jimm_Scope I should really use my glasses all the time as well, I can see reading distance fine but I am not too good seeing distances, to the point that without my glasses, if I was ever able to go out without someone with me, I would not be comfortable crossing a road or something.

I take my phone, keys, rollator, hooded coat or cardigan and rapilose gel in case my partners blood sugar goes low0

I always take my wheelchair (for obvious reasons)I generally take my wife (same reason as above)I sometimes take my phone - but the length of cable limits how far I can go......I tend to forget my wallet and keys - the wife deals with those !I always forget my memory1

If I do ever leave the house, I'm always armed with;
Phone.
Keys.
Lighter.
Cash card. I don't use a wallet any more, I kept losing them.
Earbuds/Loops earplugs. To help with any possible sensory issues.
Painkillers, just in case.0 -
Unless it's a super small trip out, my list would be:
Phone (with my bank card attached)
Keys
Pack of tissues
Snacks
Bottle of water
And a little bag of medications
