So I had a telephone assessment for my pip n the only thing that has changed is my arthritis in both of my knees so this time my support worker said that I need to go for the high rate of mobility so I did. I don't understand as to why they message you stating that the review is complete and that I need to wait 2 weeks for the decision. So I decided to ring then up n when u go through the automated system n they tell u what your next pip payment will be n it hasn't changed . Am I reading too much in to this or shall I ring them n see what they say

Hi @zico74 and welcome to the community.
I understand the confusion there. The automated system wont have updated yet and wont be until a decision has been made and uploaded to the DWPs systems. I'd try and just wait for them to get back to you with their decision.0 -
I just been stressing with everything n dwp sending me text message is not helpful so I wss thinking that it will take a few days for their system to update0

The automated payment line is well known for giving incorrect information so you shouldn’t rely on that.
The text you received is a standard text for those waiting for review decisions. Although it advises you not to ring them you can ring them anytime to ask what the decision is and they will tell you.
