housing and council tax award

ive just been awarded housing benefit and council tax reduction but come april my wife and my state pension will rise so will i have to notify the council of this ?

    Do you mean both yourself and wife's state pension will rise? They should know anyway because it usually increases in April but to be safe, you will need to inform them. I hope you're well too, nice to see you posting again.  :)

    hi poppy, im not to good at the mo and hoping its just a blip. yes all state pensions rise in april and yes i did wonder if they found out of dwp but once we get our pension noticies ill take them down. hope life is treating you well or as well as can be expected and MASSIVE thanks for replying and everything you do on here you really are a god send  :)
