LCWRA backpay - confused

Hey

I have been awarded LCWRA but I am confused with trying to workout if I am entitled to any backpay. My assessment periods are 27th-26th. Can somebody help?

12 October 2023 - Reported health condition

13 October 2023- Handed in fit note 

12 February 2024 - WCA Assessment 

16 February 2024 -  LCWRA awarded 


Any help would be much appreciated.

    Your waiting period will be Oct/Nov, Nov/Dec, Dec/Jan... LCWRA starts from 27th Jan to 26th Feb and first payment will be 2nd March. No LCWRA element is owed.
