Assessors Report

With PIP assessments, is it common for the assessor to put down things you’ve never said, record inaccurate details of your medical history, and, well, affectively lie? 

Is it worth challenging this for a Mandatory Reconsideration?

    It happens yes. What you should remember is that the assessment process isn't there for them to write down what you said word for word. It's for them to gather more evidence to support your claim. 

    For the MR as I advised on a previous thread of yours, it's fine to mention a couple of obvious errors or contradictions in the report but please don't concentrate wholly on this. Doing so will not help your claim. Once you mentioned a couple of errors put the report or decision letter to one side and then concentrate on where any why you think you should have scored those points.

    Thanks. I have had CAB help me with MR and they focused on decision letter.
