in Start here and say hello!
Hi everyone

I have joined the forum as my health/mobility is such now that life is feeling hard and I literally don't know where to go for advice, support and community.

I don't feel supported by GP or medical staff and I struggle to even get information on my conditions.

I just want to feel like myself again.
