I had a bit of appointment by the relay app, and for what I had time to get the info is that they were asking me about who I came in to UK for first time and with who? And by which way of transport? And then, the last question was when was the last time I took the flight out from UK and I just said maybe on august it was and then was asked if I could remember How long it was my time when I was out from UK?
And I’m thinking do are they think I’m suspicious about something? Obviously my anxieties become worst because if I made something wrong 😑 without not knowing… puffff

Heya @totototoomuch and welcome to the community.

It sounds like they're just making sure that you weren't out of the UK for over three months, as that would affect your benefits. I don't think it's anything sinister.

When claiming UC the maximum time you can go abroad for is 1 month. After this time there will be no entitlement to UC.Albus_Scope said:Heya @totototoomuch and welcome to the community.

Other benefits have different rules, for example, Income Related ESA is 28 days and PIP/DLA/ADP is 13 weeks. https://www.gov.uk/claim-benefits-abroad/universal-credit
Timeframes can be different if going abroad for medical treatment.2 -
this is this is very appreciated, I hope is something related with that and not been fas*** I’m just extremely enough anxious every day just to making me worst the minimum… in that case I think for what I have been looking to my saved info is that I stayed maximum 2 weeks last year.0

Hi dear, well, my extreme anxieties is something chronic but goes more higher or a bit less depending… I’m too f**** up, I need solitude away from most of humans… also, that my social battery is very very very short and I’m not for everyone obviously.Hannah_Scope said:I'm so sorry to hear you deal with anxiety everyday @totototoomuch Can I ask, are you getting support for it?
I’m on the sprectrum also and combined ADHD and extreme anxieties and C-PTSD, GA, Tinnitus, hyper acusis, social phobia and other stufff, and on my way to finish I hope one day dyslexia form and the forms of Autism Spectrum too.And that I’m conscious about that most of the time, most of the people understand what they want and can… And also the psychological games of this people too, to try to make a person appears like the way they want in their bullying way for sure.0 -
Oh! Excuse me, I just forget to answering you, for now I’m receiving some support for this yes, for now but their questions from the past is not something helps me to deal soo much going on… and their types of questions intentions and all those details. Is just too much, it is what it is 🤷🏼♀️ and seen some situations that is happening I don’t like nothing nothing. I’m right now in a process like I’m discovering myself fully for first time, and I’m quite like a baby, or at least I’m feeling it sometimes like that.Hannah_Scope said:I'm so sorry to hear you deal with anxiety everyday @totototoomuch Can I ask, are you getting support for it?0 -
