Capacity to Work questionnaire

My son is 29 and has cerebral palsy. He has just received a Capacity to Work questionnaire. Feeling stressed at having to complete yet another form. This should not be necessary!

Sorry you're having a stressful time at the moment. How are you getting on with the form? It's certainly a long one.
Citizens Advice have a nice guide to filling it in that might be helpful.
We also have a benefits advisor on the community. If you have specific questions for them you can post here.

Thank you for your concern. I have completed the form. Just explained my son's condition in one of the first questions and answered the rest by saying N/A - see above. Did have a bit of a rant in the any other information bit at the end!!
