Universal credit owes me money - I'm confused.

Hi,
I received an online letter from universal credit two days ago in my journal stating I'm owed money. Over £400.00. Before deductions are made I'm entitled to £1,267.00 but when deductions are finished I'm left with £0.00 each month.
In the letter it detailed the errors were made in May and June 2023. I'm owed £400.00 but they're paying me £212.00 due to already being paid £200.00, however my payment history shows I received £0.00 and wasn't paid directly so I wasn't paid the £200.00, unless that came as part of deductions.
Can someone explain this? When would I get paid?

Potentially because of the deductions but impossible to advise because I can’t see your statements.
However, the issue you have is that your past statements will now have been recalculated so unless you kept copies of those statements before they were recalculated it would be difficult to say if the money they owe is correct .0 -
Hi @drwhofan4 (love the name) and welcome to the community.
I can see Poppy is already answering your question, but I wanted to pop in and say hi.
