Not sure how it went. If I get payment and its backdated ,can I have in installments and I was told there's intrest payments or am I confused.

If a decision goes in your favour and you’re awarded, yes you can ask for the money owed to be paid in instalments if you’re unable to manage a lump sum.
As for any interest on anything you maybe owed then I’m afraid not.0 -
Thanku, they told me in tribunal I will here within the next 6 days.0

If you were able to track your appeal online you maybe able to see what the decision was online, once it updates.
If it’s in your favour then it can take up to about 8 weeks put your award into payment and to receive what is owed, or the first instalment if that’s what you want.

Just had letter saying appeal accepted backdated to Sept 2022 Tribunal scored me 16.Double my original score .All throughtout the claim people surprised I was not awarded it.The only difference was a letter from CAB just explaining why I should have git score. PIP need to retrain there staff,if they would have agreed originally iwould have scored 8..
..Hopefully thus will open other doors for therapy. It has been a hard struggle especailly the last 4 weeks, plus side all over now,at last condition really recognised,1 -
That’s great news! Bet you’re so relieved. Can I ask how long it took from applying to Tribunal to actually get your hearing. I’m still waiting for my MR to be looked at again, not sure if I can face a Tribunal if it still stays the same!0
