Hello
could someone please help how you go about getting tickets on ticket master please
I’ve got as far as ticket type drop down menu and I tick Ambulant Disabled and Essential companion. I’ve not got any further to see how you do it as there are no seats available. I’m assuming these go as soon as they go on sale. The tickets I want go on sale Friday. I’ve got a code from ticket master so how do I use this please? Thankyou

Hello @janey12
Unfortunately, I haven't used the only booking for disabled tickets before. Hopefully someone else here has and can answer. Have you thought about asking Ticketmaster or contacting the venue for clarity?0 -
I can’t get in touch by phone and the emails take weeks but thanksHannah_Scope said:Hello @janey12

Ah I’ve already sent proof and theve given me a code but it doesn’t say where to use it 🙄0

It says this on the website:
"Once you select your event, you can view available tickets by using the Ticket Type dropdown and selecting the type of accommodation you need under the Accessible Ticket section. You'll need to send us proof of accessibility requirements after you've made your booking. Accessible Tickets Online Verification may be available for your event. Visit our FAQ page for more information."
I wonder if it asks for the code on purchase / putting them in your basket?
I looked on twitter and it seems someone used the code to unlock accessibility tickets for Taylor Swift...

Yes I think that might be the case as I’ve not got any further than the drop down as no tickets available that I’ve looked at … so hopefully when I do it properly there will be somewhere to put a code thanks so much for looking Hannah that’s so lovely of you 😘Hannah_Scope said:It says this on the website:

Hi there,I hope you have a success in getting tickets. What is the event for?I have always gone via the venue directly as they hold the majority of tickets.
Good luck.0 -

Good luck.Hi it’s Ellie Sax at the [removed by moderator - location]. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at ticket master but I’m thinking there are no ambulant disabled and companion left as there have been two presales. So there could be a better chance going through the venue if not? Thanks

Hello @janey12 I removed the location from the ticket place just to keep you safe
I am so sorry that the presale has sold out on the accessible tickets. Did you call the venue? or is the number still not working?0 -
Hiya thanks .. I managed to get accessible tickets on general sale on TicketmasterHannah_Scope said:Hello @janey12 I removed the location from the ticket place just to keep you safe

I just added an ambulant disabled and a companion, it automatically did it with no code or anything. So £21 each for Ellie Sax ministry of sound .. bargain 😁2 -
That sounds like a proper bargain @janey12! Glad you got your tickets, have an amazing time!0
