Got to quit my job or I'll be homeless.

Hello all. This is my first post here. I'm 31 years old.
To start I claim UC and have Limited capability for work and claim Pip. I've got autism, bad anxiety, suffer with bouts of depression and arthritis in my knees.
For the last 4 years I have been homeless. The council's have not helped me. I've done so much to get me up the list but all I've gotten is "This won't push you up the list". I'm living in a garden shed in my parents garden and now that shed is falling apart. Floors rotten and broken, it's cold and damp. I've received help from the Wallich but due to me not wanting to lose my job I turned down properties that were cheap rent due to that. No buses go through that area. Now I'm desperate. A landlord has offered me a place. Affordable on benefits.
I won't be able to continue my job due to where the flat is and lack of buses. Will I be sanctioned for this?
I've tried everything I can to stop this from happening. My girlfriend will be joining me and our UC claims will be united. That's not a problem. Will I be sanctioned for leaving my job to move to a flat in the middle of nowhere where buses aren't that great??? I know my pip won't. Thanks peeps.

As you've already been found to have Limited Capability for work then you can't be sanctioned for quiting your job.2

I lived in a shed in my mother's garden with similar problems to yours for 4 years too until she threw me out entirely at the beginning of last month. Now I am in emergency accommodation but I think I have finally found a landlord who will accept my son and I.
As you have LCW they can't sanction you for losing your job in those circumstances.

Hi @Wonderman, welcome to the community
As others have said, this sounds like an important move for you and you shouldn't be sanctioned for losing your job in these circumstances. I hope you're able to move somewhere safe and warm, but whatever you decide, please do keep us updated!1 -
