I'm terrible at knowing what to say in this sort of thing. Anyway, hi everyone

Hello @SaundRock, welcome to the community! Hope you'll enjoy getting to know everyone and spending some time here :)

Coffee lounge can be a fun place to start, or there's the games room too.

What brings you to the community?

Hi Rosie, I shall take a look at the areas that you suggested. I'm having problems with my Mental health at the moment because of my current employment. At nearly 60 I'm finding it difficult to get motivated to find a different job/career.

They are unwilling to put in place anything to help me to manage my workload which has caused me to suffer burnout. I'm trying to think of what to do next.

Have you informed them of the situation and asked for adjustments at all?

And a welcome from me too!

Just to let you know @SaundRock, I've moved your post to the employment section, so hopefully more people will see and be able to offer even more top support. I hope that's ok? :)
