Hi yes I watched the walking dead series already and like you it's not my usual thing but I really enjoyed it. I will give Waterloo Road a look on BBC iplayer then, I haven't seen any of them hopefully I get into it then I will have plenty to watch if there is 13 series thank you 👍1

It's a light hearted detective drama series set in the Caribbean. Every show starts with a death, followed by the team solving the case. Sunny, bright and colourful which is nice in the middle of bleak UK winters.1 -
I rarely watch TV but one show I LOVED was the "Vikings" series.
Be aware though, it is incredibly violent, explicit and disturbing. But I think that's what makes it good because the Vikings did some awful things. It's right that the viewer gets disturbed by the subjects.1 -
Do you have any streaming accounts like Netflix or Disney plus @emmaanear?
I enjoyed Extraodinary on Disney plus if you have it. It's set in a world where everyone has a super power except one of the characters, it's a comedy. It was on there a while back but my housemate just started watching it and I'd forgotten about it! I think there's a new season coming out soon.

I'm watching State of Happiness on iPlayer. It's in Norwegian and has subtitles. I also just watched Kin and Blue Lights which are Irish series and the Way, all also on iPlayer. All are very good. I have been watching a lot stuck in this hotel room 😲
Oh and Happy Valley was really good too. I watched that last year.
I watched the Walking Dead dubbed into German when I was learning the language on Duolingo a few years ago. That is a really enjoyable way to learn languages.0 -
Hey @Biblioklept yes I've also binge watched The Traitors and enjoyed it I think we would all love to be the traitor so we can be a bit naughty with no consequences 😂. I was glad the young lad, the traitor won the last series he deserved it because he played a blinding game, well done him 🎉🎉2

Hi @bookrabbit I'm watching kin at the moment I'm only on the first series and I'm enjoying it, i will give State of Happiness a look then I don't mind it being Norwegian I have to read the subtitles anyway because I'm deaf so makes no odds to me, thank you0

Hi @66Mustang I loved the vikings series too I watched them all from start to finish over the years and yep definitely violent but vikings were hard people living in a different time and also I had a little crush on Ragnor Lothbrook so it was worth watching just for that. Also Largather his first wife was my hero she rocked, was beautiful and fought as hard as the men 👌💪1

@Rosie_Scope I don't have Disney plus unfortunately but that sounds great I love any thing supernatural or with superpowers it gives me an escape from real life and I think we all need that sometimes0

Yes him and the tall guy were Traitors from the start and were loving every minute 😂 It must be hard lying straight to people's face but these are people u will never see again and like the young lad said winning that amount of money would change his families lives for the better, I was so glad for him.1

@emmaanear
I agree with your comments about Lagertha being a good fighter!!
Personally I loved the different crazy hair styles on Vikings!!!! I used to have long hair and for a time was really tempted to shave the sides and have hair like Ragnar LOL
My favourite character was Floki0 -
I was unlucky enough to start watching Vikings halfway through season one. I hated having to wait for new episodes! Once it got popular, I had many friends calling me Floki.
Let's not talk about Traitors, I'm still not over that finale!1 -
@66Mustang OMG yes I fogot about floki and he was the best. Crazy as hell besotted with his gods and the best boat builder of them all. And I also loved the viking hair styles i have super long hair but I'm just not talented enough to do my hair in those styles there pretty complicated I've tried 😂. But Ragnor shaved sides were cool as hell suited him very well too.2

@Albus_Scope there's nothing worse than having to wait for the next episode when it's on a cliffhanger, also I loved the ending of The Traitors I was glad for the young lad he played a great game from start to finish but I did feel a bit sorry for the young lass she trusted him totally and was devastated at the end. But it's a game at the end of the day and a lot of money at stake too0
