Hi All,
I’m just looking for some advice.
I won my tribunal on the 21st Feb.
Got a letter saying money would be backdated to August 2022.
I rang on Monday to get an update. I answered some questions about being in the country, not being in prison etc.
Also gave bank details.
Was told to ring today so they could tell me how much I will be getting and when payments will begin

Hi there @nicspe4678 and welcome to the community.
Congratulations on your tribunal win, that must be a huge relief?
It can sometimes take a while for the information to filter down to the right people and for them to calculate any back pay owed, so please try not to worry too much.0 -
It’s perfectly normal for it to be up to 8 weeks after a Tribunal win to pay what is owed and to put your award into payment. You are still within that timescale. Hopefully it won’t be too much longer.0
