late pip payment, could leap year have affected this

my payment for pip was due on the 4th march however its late. i did switch my bank over to natwest around this time, meaning the payment should be transferred to natwest, however natwest say nothing is pending

thank you for your help so far, poppy, i did not i assumed it was automatically and i used a switching service. i will call lloyds tomorrow. i have been so worried.0

Payments are usually sent a few days before you receive them so this maybe why you didn’t receive it.15burritos said:my bank account switch was 'set up' a day after my missed payment date.All you can do is ring PIP on Monday to ask. If payment was sent and your old bank account was closed when payment was due you will need to wait for the payment to be returned before they will make another payment.0 -
