in PIP, DLA, ADP & AA
hi i have been awarded pip and i claim in my maiden name by mistake so i phoned pip up they said just send in your marriage certificate but they don’t want a copy one so do you think i should send it they said put a note with it saying please return asap can anyone advise please thank you

    It may be worth asking if you can take it to you local JobCentre for them to scan and forward to PIP.

    update surname hi just to let you know i sent my Original Document to dwp  by  Specially Delivered and got my documents back the next day

    Hi, could you tell me how long it took to update, as  I sent my marriage certificate last week so they could update their records into my married name, but I have a car waiting for me and can't collect it until they update my surname
