Called the PIP number yesterday - an automated message simply says benefit letters ( I am presuming it's the benefit uprating letters ) will go out by the end of April. As for ESA, I received mine mid February.

Unfortunately there's a lot of us still waiting for our update letters. I understand the worry, but they'll be with us hopefully at the end of the month.0 -
