You haven't given any information for anyone to be able to help you. Have you been through a work capability assessment and found to have LCWRA? Or is this for another UC element, such as disabled child, carers element?0

Hi @Angel69, looks like you're in good hands with Poppy, if you're able to give her a few more details I'm sure you'll get some great advice
I'll pop your post over to our Universal Credit boards just so more members can find it, just wanted to say hello and welcome first. I hope you'll find the community a friendly and supportive place to be.0 -
This is for a disable child,I did get a phone call from universal credit but I missed the call as I was at work ,but I got a message on my universal journal stating if I was available this morning to discuss money that they owe me ,I did state if they could ring me before I start work at 10 hopefully they will call me0

You should receive any money that's owed. Before they can do this they need to recalculate your past statements to work out how much you've already received, against what you should have received. You will then receive the difference between the two. Once it's done you will receive a letter on your journal and it will be paid into bank. Once payment is sent it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank.0
