PIP review timeline

Hi all

when I was awarded pip by the tribunal it was for 3 years until March 2025, my award letter says they will write to me after the 10 March 2024 for the review 

will I receive this soon or after March 2024 can it be anytime up until when it ends in March 2025 ?

    Normally when awarded by a Tribunal DWP would contact you about 14 weeks before the award is due to end. However, due to the waiting times with review decisions they may contact you about 8 months before the award is due to end and you'll be sent another form to fill in and return. 

    When you do receive the form please make sure you treat it as a new claim and include as much relevant information as possible. This is really important, especially as you had to go to Tribunal for your current award. 

    You could also be waiting a considerable length of time for a decision so your current award will continue until a decision is made.
