Hi @Astragirl24 - & welcome to the community. If thinking about PIP, then this isn't based on any diagnoses, rather your functional ability to safely do, or not, some daily living &/or mobility activities. You can see what these activities/descriptors are here:

You'll see there are points shown alongside these descriptors, & you'd need 8 or more points to get the standard rate, & 12 or more to get the enhanced rate of PIP for either/both of these components.
