My daughter has cp she is 8 years old and she is a twin she is having very bad tantrums she is aggressive and also hurts herself, just need to speak to another parent who has been through this and ways that I can try to calm her down

The situation sounds serious if she is hurting herself so, if you haven't already done so, it would be advisable to talk to your GP and ask that s/he refer you to a source of professional support if appropriate.
