Ive been reading in the local press about pip back payments for daily living component has anyone got any exprience or information regarding this and who i should i contact

This will be related to social support for engaging with others face to face. Whether this activity applies to you will depend on how your health conditions affect you. It's related to those with mental health, cognitive and sensory issues.
Some people only scored 2 points in this activity when it should have been 4 points. Which means it may have been possible to score an additional 2 points.
The law changed from 6th April 2016 and they are looking at claims that had a decision made by DWP from this date. If a decision on your claim was made by a Tribunal they will not look at your claim again.
The changes will have also applied to all decisions made after 17th September 2020 so they will not look at your claim again if your decision was made after that date.
